We were recently invited by the Smiles executive team to develop a complete rebranding project for Smiles Viagens, one of Grupo GOL's verticals.
Smiles Viagens is a new travel operator and experience platform that believes in personalization as an essential tool to provide you with extraordinary moments. Through careful curation, the itineraries are carefully prepared, respecting your autonomy to create your own story, whatever your stage of life, dream, or purpose. At Smiles Viagens, you also have access to exclusive services, high-standard hotels, consultative sales, and concierge support throughout your trip. Everything so that your next adventure is as safe, comfortable, and enchanting as possible.
CHALLENGE
We started the project with the immersion phase, with personalized interviews and a relevant sample of audiences (internal and external). The objective was to generate a unique and intimate atmosphere to deepen knowledge about all business agents and understand the entire Smiles Viagens ecosystem more humanly.
SOLUTION
With the wealth of information extracted from the research phase, our positioning and strategy specialists began working on the brand's entire verbal language, outlining Smiles Viagens' communication style through written or spoken words, reflecting the brand's personality, purpose, and values.
Finally, with all the wealth of input generated by the research and with the brand's positioning and strategy validated, we created the visual communication ecosystem to bring the brand to life, which also includes the challenge of creating campaigns for exclusive and personalized itineraries for Smiles Viagens customers.
